{"id":19498,"date":"2021-11-24T22:46:06","date_gmt":"2021-11-25T02:46:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccsanchasd.edu.do\/portal\/?p=19498"},"modified":"2021-11-24T22:48:54","modified_gmt":"2021-11-25T02:48:54","slug":"dia-del-deporte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ccsanchasd.edu.do\/portal\/2021\/11\/24\/dia-del-deporte\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00cdA DEL DEPORTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cada 7 de noviembre en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana se celebra el D\u00eda del Deporte, los pa\u00edses del mundo han acogido el deporte como pr\u00e1ctica o disciplina que permite desarrollar, f\u00edsica, mental y de manera sana al individuo, por eso fue una pr\u00e1ctica habitual en las civilizaciones antiguas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e1ctica del deporte tiene ventajas tanto en el nivel f\u00edsico como en el social. Adem\u00e1s de que contribuye a evitar el sedentarismo, un factor de riesgo mayor para la salud del ni\u00f1o, el deporte\u00a0ayuda a nuestros hijos a mejorar sus habilidades sociales.
